Child Safety Standards
Effective date: 16 August 2026
Last updated: 28 September 2026
Version: 3.1
Hudood prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in every part of the service. Hudood is restricted to users aged 18 or over, but that restriction does not reduce these safety duties.
1. Prohibited conduct
Users must not create, upload, request, possess through Hudood, link to, distribute, threaten to distribute, or facilitate:
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including computer-generated or altered material prohibited by law;
- grooming, sexual extortion, trafficking, or sexual solicitation involving a child;
- sexualization of a child or content that identifies or endangers a child;
- instructions for concealing CSAE or evading child-safety controls; or
- attempts to normalize, praise, or coordinate child sexual abuse.
This prohibition applies to public content, profiles, comments, reels, direct messages, links, and off-platform conduct used to exploit someone through Hudood.
2. Reporting
Use the report option on the content, account, or message. For urgent escalation email admin@hudood.com with the subject Child Safety - Urgent and include the content or account reference. Do not download, forward, or repeatedly screenshot suspected CSAM; provide only what is necessary to locate it.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

3. Hudood's response
Hudood may immediately restrict access, preserve relevant evidence, suspend accounts, prevent re-upload using proportionate technical signals, and make reports to the appropriate authority where required. Review is based on user reports, service records, technical safety signals, and human assessment. Hudood does not claim that automated systems identify every violation.
Access to suspected CSAE material is limited to people who need it for safety, investigation, or legal compliance. Reviewers should minimize copying and exposure.
4. Reporting to authorities
Hudood will comply with applicable reporting and preservation duties, including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Reports may be made to the Special Juvenile Police Unit, local police, or another competent authority as required. Hudood cooperates with valid legal process and urgent child-safety requests.
5. Accounts and appeals
Confirmed CSAE can result in content removal and immediate permanent account termination. An appeal does not restore access to suspected illegal material while review or a legal preservation duty is active. Bad-faith reporting, threats to distribute CSAM, or attempts to obtain prohibited material are also violations.
6. Store-policy compliance
These standards provide Hudood's published CSAE rules, in-app reporting path, enforcement commitment, and designated point of contact for Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy. Hudood also maintains user reporting, blocking, and moderation mechanisms required for user-generated-content apps.
